Hi!

I’m Wade Brill, a Mindfulness Coach, Speaker and Facilitator.

I am a cancer survivor and thriver. I took my experience of battling cancer and losing my mother at the same time as a wake-up call to the preciousness of our one mind, one body and one life. During this time period, I listened to my mind/body and learned foundational tools to help me manage anxiety, heal my body, and take intentional action to live a life I love!

Through my own holistic healing journey and training as a Professional Certified Coach and Mindfulness Facilitator through the UCLA Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior, I help individuals and company culture create calm and clarity amid chaos so that people can thrive, be more present, productive and energized.
