This interactive workshop empowers employees to create a daily mindfulness ritual and routine to help manage stress and overwhelm to feel their best. Employees will learn what it means to feel their best by exploring different meditation techniques and styles as well as learning basic principles of mindfulness. The goal is to make space for employees to intentionally integrate a mindful moment into their daily flow that will restore their energy, focus and creativity.
7 Levels of Energy: How to Stress, Cope, & Thrive
This interactive workshop is based on the Energy Leadership Index Assessment™, an attitudinal assessment and empowering tool that helps participants manage their daily energy levels and learn how to stay centered in the midst of chaos and stress. This workshop provides a tangible framework to improve people’s work, play, communication and relationships. It also boosts community and connection within the office given employee’s have a common language that helps them connect.
Mindful Hand of Self-care
A series of individual workshops guiding employees to mindfully practice self-care. Employees learn how to make themselves a priority by managing mental chatter, the way they fuel their bodies, move their bodies, the space they surround themselves with and how they renew their energy. Practicing self-care is not selfish, it’s smart.
Mindful Moment: Stress-busting Techniques to Maintain a Growth Mindset
The best way to manage stress is to be proactive versus reactive. Be equipped for the busy season with a toolbox of stress management techniques. This workshop is designed to build awareness of what stress looks and feels like uniquely for you, create an action plan for a stress-busting routine, and generate a growth mindset motto so that you can handle anything life throws your way.
This workshop empowers employees to connect to their core values. Employees learn how to live, work and communicate with more intention because they feel empowered to make choices based on their own personal convictions. Being more aligned and empowered helps employees be more present, sleep easier, work more passionately, and have more energy for life.
