What’s more fun than rushing through a busy supermarket on a weeknight after a long day at work? (Umm…or not taking the time to think about cooking for yourself at all, ever?)

Traveling the aisles in style – together! You’ll meet us at Whole Foods (South Lake Union, Seattle) and I’ll teach you my tried-and-true method for filling your basket with nutritious food that works for your schedule, your lifestyle, and your taste.

In this experiential event, you will:

  • Ground yourself by defining what a balanced basket looks like for you
  • Let go of your current supermarket shopping limiting beliefs
  • Learn food shopping tips/tricks, like what “shopping seasonally” really means and what five healthy food staples you should always have stocked in the fridge
  • Master the power of “3x3” – and no, you shouldn’t know what that means (yet!)

You’ll also get a full week of individualized recipe support after the event and enter a private Facebook group full of recipe support and inspiration.
