How the Program Works:

Each session is 75 minutes and includes:

  • Guided meditation practice

  • Practical mindfulness teaching

  • Reflection exercises

  • Group discussion and support

This online meditation course is designed to help you stay consistent and feel supported.


5-Week Mindfulness Course Outline

We will meet weekly on Sundays at 10am PT/1pm ET/ 7pm CET. Can’t make it live? No worries, recordings will be sent out the next day. However, I highly recommend attending live so that you get the most out of being present together.

  • Week 2 May 10th: Work with distraction in an attention economy

  • Week 3 May 17th: Support your nervous system and reduce stress

  • Week 4 May 24th: Cultivate self-kindness and shift your inner dialogue
