Program Details

How the Program Works:

Each session is 75 minutes and includes:

  • Guided meditation practice

  • Practical mindfulness teaching

  • Reflection exercises

  • Group discussion and support

  • Resources for your at home practice

This online meditation course is designed to help you stay consistent and feel supported.


5-Week Mindfulness Course Outline

We will meet weekly on Sundays at 10am PT/1pm ET/ 7pm CET. Can’t make it live? No worries, recordings will be sent out the next day. However, I highly recommend attending live so that you get the most out of being present together.

  • Week 1 May 3rd: Build your foundation

  • Week 2 May 10th: Work with thoughts and distraction in an attention economy

  • Week 3 May 17th: Cultivate self-kindness and shift your inner dialogue

  • Week 4 May 24th: Support your nervous system and reduce stress

  • Week 5 May 31st: Integrate mindfulness into your daily life

I am Wade Brill.

After surviving Hodgkin's Lymphoma while losing my mother to Leukemia at 21, I discovered meditation as powerful medicine for navigating uncertainty. Today, I am a Certified Professional Coach, Author, and Meditation Teacher through UCLA's Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior, helping busy professionals transform stress into presence and energy.

As part of my training and dedication to my own meditation practice, I have participated in multiple 5-day, 7-day and a month-long silent meditation retreat. I serve on the Executive Board of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
